Bollinger Hills Neighborhood

Bollinger Hills neighborhood on the west side of San Ramon is comprised of 538 homes built by Dame Homes. One and two story homes ranging from 1800 to 3000+ sq. ft. Varied lot sizes from the low 6000 square feet up to one-acre lots. Bollinger Hills is know for the spectacular views of the hills and San Ramon Valley many of the residents enjoy.



Located on the West side of San Ramon, Morgan Drive is the primary access road through Bollinger Hills. This street intersects two main thoroughfares in San Ramon, Bollinger Canyon Road and San Ramon Valley Blvd.
