
Windemere is a a master planned community situated in the Dougherty Valley area of San Ramon featuring over 1100 acres of permanent open space. A variety of neighborhoods with different styles of homes that were built by Centex, Brookfield Homes, D.R. Horton, and Lennar.
Single family detached homes range from 1600 to over 4000 plus square foot floorplans with. 3,4,5,6 bedrooms on lots in size from 3000 to 8000 square feet with a few homes on larger lots. The homes were built between 2002 and 2006. There is an estimated 3700+ single family residences, this number include the detached homes and condos.
There are also several town home/ condos complexes throughout Windemere ranging from 1200 sq. ft. up to 2500 square feet with 2, 3 and 4 floorplans and 4 bedroom, two and three story.
